Hello Damodara,

There is no explicit guide available as of now for this process. Since Core systems is now acquired by SAP we might see standard integration content available soon after the upcoming C4C releases. Most probably by 1905.

This blog will give you an Idea on what will be the functionalities supported whats-new-in-c4-hana .
