SAP FIORI PO Approval App attachments are not opening

Hi Experts,

When I try to open the attachments associated to the PO in PO Approval app in smartphone its take very long time to open the file and at last it is not opening.

Is there any viewer app in the smartphone?

Can you open same attachment type from email app on smartphone?

Nice. Have you tried opening email attachments in your PR/PO approval app from a mobile device through Fiori client? That is what our current issue is.

Yeah it works in desktop browser.

The attachment file type is word document and PDF
