Reverse UD of Material having Serial number profile

Dear Friends

Finished goods are maintained with Sr. Number profile. These FG are transferred to warehouse through STO. Stock transfer inspection is activated.

Incase of incorrect despatch, business want to reverse the STO even though UD is completed.

Dose any one have encountered such scenario and resolved it !!!!

But As per my knowledge this note you can apply if there is no Sr Numbers.

Try --> reverse the UD the User exit QEVA0008 may benefit you.

What you can do is cancel the document through MB02

select the stock type as unrestricted ( STO plant stock)

As UD is taken you can not cancel the lot but you can cancel the PO.

Now again make STO po 7 make GR.

Thanks for immediate response. Infact I was looking for solution from SAP. This is a specific requirement of Serlized material UD reversal and project is managed by SAP india therefore expecting some solution. I will update once it is cracked by SAP

We are also facing Similer kind of problem, ie Unable to reverse UD which is having serial and batch managed material. If u have any solution for this kindly update the same.
