Hi,
Have you selected serial number required option in Quality Management view in Material master?
If possible share the screenshot of the same to check.

Hi Kumar,
It is not possible to backflush the components having serial number in MFBF.
https://archive.sap.com/discussions/thread/3771504
Check this note 100621 - MFxx with components requiring serial number
Also check this thread:
Backflushing serialised components with REM
"Only 0 serial numbers entered instead of 1"
Re: Not able to fetch serial number in MFBF

Dear Mahesh,
Thanks for your comments. My Qns not related to Backflush of components. Its related to GR with Q-Stock.

Thanks for your understanding!.

@kumar semmalai
Was serial number profile activated for that particular part number ahead of the Goods receipt or after Goods receipt?

Hi,
Yes. I have activated Serial number tick mark in the Ins.Type Setup.
Hi,
Greetings.
Serial number management exactly under PM tab in SPRO.
Serial number profile should be enabled in material master to replicate across the functionality.
For example in your case you have enabled it for QMSL plese check for serial number profile component in General Plant Storage material master view and assign the same.
Please check in IDES or Development server and let know.

Yes. keep in mind that it is not QM functionality to enter in the serial numbers.
That is the responsibility of either production or receiving.
It appears you think QM should enter these in the inspection lot or UD. This is an MM and inventory process. Not QM.

Hello,
Please refer SAP KBA
2119713 - How to activate Serial Number functionality
Serial Number functionality is available for release ECC 6 EHP4 or onwards but needs to be activated for its usage.
You need to activate business function LOG_MM_SERNO
For transaction MIGO to display an MM document please implement SAP note 1758519 - MIGO does not display serial numbers of an MM document item
