BC Sets Workflow

Hi all,

I am using SRM 7.0 and activated BC Set for One Step approval manager for RFX (/SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_001_SP04) in transaction SCPR20.

Now for testing reasons I would like to activate the BC Set for RFX Without approval (/SAPSRM/C_RQ_600_000_SP04).

What is the process to change from one BC Set to another? just have to activate the second one?

Or need to deactivate the first BC Set first?

Hi

you have to deactivate the First one( One Step approval manager) and

Activate the New workflow.(RFX Without approval )

normally two workflow should not be active. it will lead to an error called "Workflow is ambigous"

But whats the proceduer eto deactivate the BC sets.
