Web report issue

Hi,

User is facing an issue while clicking on a web link(webtemplate). Please find the below error.

"Filter Item Checkboxes_4 specified an invalid characteristic D4Wk...."

Detailed Description:

The BW Web reporting framework has tried to create HTML for a filter item. This filter item was assigned to a characteristic that was not in the query.

Assign a free characteristic to the filter item attribute 'IOBJNM'. You can do this, for example, for all instances of this Web item in the Web Application Designer, or for single instances in the Web Template.

But the intresting thing is that the issue is not replicated when I execute the web repory using my id.Can it be due to an authorization issue or the web report for the user is refrencing some old link.Please let me know how can I resolve it.

Please note that this error iscoming before the selection screen popup.
