Passing Form elements to Workflow container in HCM Forms &Process

Hi Experts,

I am using the standard tasks TS17900100, TS17900110 in my workflow for HCM process and the form elements are being bound to these tasks. But when I do Consistency Check of Process Configuration in SPRO, it is throwing some errors like below.

"FORM_FIELD_NAME_1 does not belong to th form"

"Scenario Step XXX is not existing"

But in my Form scenario, I have the Scenario step 'XXX' and the field for FORM_FIELD_NAME_1. Still Form elements are not being identified inside Workflow.

Could anybody please reply me why these errors are coming ?
