Hi Folks,
I'm kinda new to this SAP Identity Management. I'm currently working with action tasks and the result handling in them.
My question is about the following, i know that other taks can be executed when it comes to the result of the action taks, but how do i get the parameter of this result?
Could it be that the ProvStatus from MXP_ProvStatus is given to the result action task so that it knows what to do?
Regards
Berkay
Hay Matt,
Thanks for your reply.
I was asking myself, if i could get any more information about the ProvStatus on the result of the result handling task.
I knew that the result handling is an atomatic procedure, but i was curious about the outcome when the result handling tasks know to start.
Correct me if i'm wrong, but i think that the ProvStatus signalizes the result handling task to start (or do what ever the outcome from the previous task(s) is/are).

Hi Berkay, welcome!
Result handling is pretty much automatic. The only real way you can influence a result is to use uError in a script to deliberately flag an error. So if you want to know what happened, you could do a lookup on the result code or from the audit table.
If I am missing what you are asking for, please let me know so I can help you.
Matt
