VL04- WMTA prints blank page

Dear Gurus,

My user is facing issue while running VL04 transaction which creates deliveries, TOs (output type WMTA)and prints with spools.

But here sometimes for multiple deliveries, one of the delivery prints Blank page with only outline boxes, hence again user search for that delivery spool and reprints. After reprinting that particular delivery, it prints good with data.

Please help me out to know what's the exact issue, as it is urgent which we are facing from long time!!!

You should check with your internal ABAP team who can look into the related Smart form, as the issue is happening randomly

As checked with Abaper debugging can be done only if reproducible example exists.

Today again got blank page, when run in VL04 to printer and they cancelled the blank page TO and created new transfer order # and it printed.

Any suggestions please ?
