Notifications from guided procedures to UWL

Hi There,

I have created the following process using Guided procedure.

The enduser triggers a GP by filling a VC form in portal iview.

The form needs 2 levels of approval and in the end, the information is passed to R/3 using BAPI.

Here is the problem:

If the form is rejected in any levels of approval, a notification has to be sent to the enduser's UWL ( Not to his E-mail).

I am not sure, how to send a UWL notification from GP and also, if possible can we bind the rejections comments to the notification sent to the Enduser ( UWL Notification ).

Can some one shed some light on this, Thanks.

Hi Ravi,

Thanks for you kind help. But we already did the configuration to send the GP tasks to UWL. That parts works fine. But my problem is how to send a notification ( Tasks part workd fine) to UWL.

In other words, In R/3 Workflows we use the 'SEND MAIL' activity to send notification to end user's SAP INBOX . Similarly what do we have in GP to send notification to UWL.
