    Hi,

First u need to define customer infotypes by taking help of ABAPer and assign customised infotypes in customising personnel actions.

      Hi

Go to Customizing Procedures in Personnel administration,

in that node Change action menu.

Here you can see two options.

Under User Group Dependency on Menus and Info Groups the Fast entry for actions menu is 02.

In the next step Action menu, enter menu type as 02, then you can specify what all action types you want to appear in fast entry PA42.

    Hi,

Based on my experience, do as below:

    1. Create fast entry screen for you infotype in program MPnnnn00.

    2. Config screen control for fast entry menu:

IMG: Personnel administration -> customizing procedures -> infotype menus -> set up infotype menu for fast data entry

or view T588Q(screen types for fast entry)

    3. Assign screen control to infotype menu 07 (fast data entry):

IMG: Personnel administration -> customizing procedures -> infotype menus -> Infotype menu

    Chose Infotype menu

    4. Define infotype text for new assigned screen

IMG: Personnel administration -> customizing procedures -> infotypes -> Infotypes

Then go to PA70 to test...

    Hope helps,
