HCM FORMS and Process

Hi ,

In HCM - process and forms in Enterprise Portal- for form header details (like Employee name, org unit and Grade) we have used direct field mapping.

Later we used Generic service and mapped the fields instead of direct mapping of R3 fields.

In This scenario

1. for newly creating process we do not have any problem.

2. But previously created and completed forms does not display the header details while previewing the process status at

Display Process, since those forms were processed using direct field mapping.

Please let us know any work around to show the header details

for the forms that have processed and completed with direct mapping

where as we are using Generic service and not field mapping Now.
