PR Creation and requisition date obviously generated by System only i.e MPS/MRP run date. You cannot do any more changes on the same. May I know business requirement to change those dates.
You can not change creation date as it will become non-editable once you PR number generate! alternatively you can delete that PR and create a new where you can make changes!
The requisition date will be set by the system & cannot be changed. The requisition date can be set during creation in ME51N screen in item details under Quantity/Dates tab, before finishing the line item data, once all the data for line item data is entered the field will become non-editable.
