OVS for DataType PostalCode

Hi,

I want to add OVS for standard element PostalCode or xbo field, but i can't do this.

I know which steps i must do to achive this (like on attached picture), but when i added custom element in XBO AP.FO.BusinessPartner.Global:Customer :

element test:EncryptedPostalCode;

I can't add the OVS, i don't see this element on the list. When i change the data type to e.g businessPartnerInternalID i can add OVS..

So there is any restriction about to wich data type I can add ovs ?

Hi Jakub

Firstly, the element needs to be an identifier to assign the OVS.

Secondly, the PostCode needs to be an object for the Object Value Selector to Query.

Check if there is a Public OVS available, if not then you should create a BCO with the datatype of Post Code and use a custom OVS to query this.
