Change HTTP port in PO 7.5

Hi, I want to add a second HTTP port to PO 7.5, so that the server is not only reachable via http://server:50000 but also via http://server:80.
How can I achieve this?

Our basis team managed this by creating a new entry in the instance file and rebooting the PO instance.
