Hi,
I hope you can help us.
Sometimes we have the problem that the address for the integration engine in the adapter engine was wrong so the document can't be forwarded to the integration engine.
Instead of the address http://<sysid>.telekom.de:8086 there is only the address http://<sysid>:8086, the domain is not available there. It seems we have this problem every time the SLD is not working correctly.
Has anybody an idea what could cause this problem?
The only solution for that is to update the table BC_MSG directly, there is no other possibility.
Regards
Thorsten
Hi!
If your SDL is not working correctly you may also face other problems, because the PI stores important system information in SLD upon startup. So please ensure that your SLD works stable.
Additionally check your Exchange Profile if alle entries with server names do also contain the FQDN.

Volker

Apart from exchangeProfile entries also check 'Associations' for Integration Server in SLD.
procedure as follow to check the Associations for Integration Server
1. Login to your SLD system using 'Administrator' User ID/Password.
2. Click on 'Administration' Tab
3.Click on 'Content Management'
4. Select 'Subset - All Classes' & 'Class - Integration Server'
5. Filter for your 'SID'
6. Then check how many entries for clumun "Assoc's" ; Ideally there should 3 entries a) Domain b) Business System c) BC System
if any one missing ....you generally finds sometimes SID info missing
Thanks
