Change in organizational structure.

Dear Friends,

Presently, Client has 3 company codes and one controlling area.

In future, they are planning to have only one company code & one CO Area.

In such case, what are the overall possiblilites can be mapped to change the entire organizational structure?

the problems, which consultant and user may face??

Please mention the overall process.

If there is any link, having important information in this regards.??

Thankx for reply, but first three browser has no data, n last one does not find relavent data.

HI

At present the Client would be segregating 3 Company codes on some basis like Divison, Store etc.

In future also with the help of a customized table you can map the current existing 3 Company Codes to future 1 Company Code.

Eg :Company 1 has division 1 store 1 and controlling are CA1

Company 2 has division 2 store 2 and controlling are CA1

Company 3 has division 3 store 3 and controlling are CA1

WIth the help of abaper develop a customized FI Org table to Map existing 3 Company codes to future 1 Company code like

Division Store Controlling Area = Company Code

1 1 CA1 = A1 (New Company code)

2 2 CA1 = A1 (New Company code)

3 3 CA1 = A1 (New Company code)
