How can we connect Service Now to Charm ?

Currently using Service now for CRs, however i want to replicate the CRs to Solman so that we can use other Charm features such as transport management.

Do i need some kind of interface to replicate the ticket information from Service now to Solman or vice versa?

Please advise...
