Update OCRD.IndustryC using DTW SAPB1

Hi ,

I need to update the field OCRD.IndustryC using DTW.Which template I have to choose to archive this?.I have an excel file with me and i need to import this data to SAPB1.

Hi,

You can use the default OCRD DTW template to update the industry information.

And if you are using 9.2, then you can also use "Import from Excel" under Administration->Data Import/Export->Data Import.

You can choose BPCode and Industry, this will be easier and faster than using DTW.

is it hana?

what's industryC? UDF or standard field?

if you use DTW to import, remember to select 'update'.

before you import, you can backup DB by sql server.
