    Hi ,

    Add any attribute to this tab. Give its associated type.( char10, string , I ).

    Now you can access this attribute using wd_this->att1 in your methods.

    If you wish to declare an attribute in component controller and use it in methods of View, you can access the same attribute using WD_COMP_CONTROLLER->ATT.

    generally attributes' value is set and check is made in methods.

    hi SREEVATHSAVA ,

    if u wish to use 1 context attribute in ur 2 or more views , thn I wud suggest u to create context attribute attr1 in component controller

    and assign it as char , integer , string or any other associated typeas Saurav pointed.

    thn u cn refer it in ur viws like this:

    wd_comp_controller->attr1

    if u r creating attrbute in ur view ,

    u cn refer simply as :

    wd_this->attr1

    rgds,

    amit
