Person responsible

Hi

When a new WBS is been added below the parent WBS - person responsible is automatically copied from the parent WBS in the new WBS which being created.

Tried by creating the substitution rule but not working . Means this rule should be substituated at any level when a new WBS is being created - means "whenever a new WBS is been added - person responsible field should be empty and it should not be copied from its parents wbs"

Prerequisite :-

PRPS-STUFE = '' " AND

PRPS-VERNR = '' "

Substitution:

Field - RCJ_PRPSUP-VERNA

Hi,

When a new WBS element is created at any level it copies person responsible from project definition.

Try your substitution using project definition fields...

in our system, when i create a WBS element under a parent one, it doesn't copy the person responsible.....

If you have not maintained then yes the NEW WBS will not have the person responsible. If you have maintained then it will copy the person responsible also.

Can anyone help me on the query.
