The MemberSet filter in BPC for Excel not working.

Hello,

In "BPC for Excel" the "MemberSet" filter does not work.

Specifically,

1: I define a filter on the property "PARENTH1" of an App.

2: I expand to run the filter.

3: The filter has no effect.

Do you know what's the problem?

Regards,

Miguel.

In the end I solved the problem.

Apparently, if the contents of the property on which filter is written in uppercase and lowercase letters, the filter does not work. But if it is written in capital letters, the filter works perfectly.

Miguel,

Do you really have a property on one of your dimension as "PARENTH1".? ..

expand your current view..and click on the DIM in question to get to its members..

.now click on any member and click the "member properties" icon and make sure you have a PARENTH1 in your properties.

If you indeed have that property , After you enter your relevant filter in your memberset cell, make sure you click at some other cell on the excel so that evdre registers your change and EVDRE IS OK.

now expand all....

hope this helps..
