PO problem

Dear all,

i have made a PR with 2line items . But when i am creating PO and giving that PR no. , it is showing an error of type : pls. mention item no." . What may be the reason?

Dear sir.

when PR containing more than one line item, while creating the PO with reference to PR you have to give the PR line item in the PO ( next to purchases requisition is requisn item).

Hi

Please try to adopt the PR thru Document overview, do not enter the PR directly in the PO. if you enter directly in the PO then you must mention the line item if the PR has more than one.

If you adopt the PR thru Document over view you can simple adopt the line item you want or the total line items. it wont ask to enter the lien item in this case.

Hii,

When you have created PR have ticked mark source determination field, and if your line items belongs to different vendors, you cannot make one purchase order from it.

Also the other possibility can be if you have created a pr containing one stock material and one consumable material, yo have fill the details in the item overview like accopunt assignment category, cost center...etc.
