How can I automate OVXC - assigning shipping points to plants?

I have over 500 plants to create with corresponding shipping points. How can I automate the process

Is there a way to enter shipping points into tcode OVXC through some type of table entry? As an example, I found out that sales org assignments, which are normally done in OVX6, can be entered by table entry into OVX6N.

When creating multiple plants, it is time-consuming to have to manually assign the shipping points to the plants in OVXC. This is OK when only creating one plant. However, this is a very time-consuming process and is undesirable since I have over 500 plants that need to be created. Ideally, we would like to be able to automate this process, and we have not figured out how to do that in OVXC. If there can be done via OVXC, please let me know how. If not, please let me know if this can be done via some type of table entry transaction.

If it is one time activity, manual assignment can also be done.
