SAPCCMSR.00 is registered but could not be started in windows

SAPCCMSR.00 is registered but could not be started in windows.

unregister and again register but same error

can any one help me out .

Hi ,

In which platform you are installing it.Have you started the services realted to SAPCCM4X.In windows it will be running as services & in unix platform you need to start it via command SAPCCM4X -DCCMS pf=<instance profile>

Also you can check in logs what error it says in case of its unable to start.

hi mohit

when i tried to regidter with the command sapccmsr -j2ee -R pf=\usr\sap\.....getting an error in windows

i tried to start at services..but failed...

Hi ,

Now you are on right track to troubleshoot ...

Can you check the logs under ccms folder & paste it here so that we can check the logs & see where exctly the problem is.

Unless or untill is not registered succesfully ,you wont be able to start the service.You can also check the status cia command SAPCCM4X -status pf =<instance profile name> .Kindly attach the logs for the same.
