logo image colors reversed

Hi

I uploaded an image for the company logo as bmp file in SE78 and used it in my smartform. The image looked okay when I view the form in print preview but when it is printed the image colors are reversed (a black box at the back for the size of the image and the logo is white). I tried to search the SDN but could not find any solutions. Can somebody help? thanks.

Hi Jack,

save the logo as 256 BMP and then try to upload in se78.... i hope this will work..

Please check the DPI( Dots per inch ) resolution of the image in accordance to the image size.

What is the printer you are using?

In most scenarios when print preview holds good, problem lies with printer.

Have you considered converting the image to HEX and passing it through smartform?

I think the problem is not with your Smartforms, Please try to take the print from some other Printer Hope will solve out your problem,
