is it possible to reimport the bi content?

If you are in the import phase of the support pack then you need to fix the error and continue further.but if you are in the prequest check phase then you can delete the Queue and schedule the import again.

But if you have appplied the Bi_content then you need to go with the backup restore method as told above.

Run brtools and go for the backup restore method and select the backup that was successful before the support pack import.

Answer is NO

Once imported you are stuck with it.

Unless you restore back to prior to the Import of BI_CONT and then reapply

Restore from backup... if you don't know how to do it you better start reading
