BP BUP003 - User ID is not saved


Hello Experts,

We are using SolMan, Service Desk. We found something extrange with BPs. We have created BPs an update the role Employee (BUP003) with the SolMan user id. However, every time we save the data, the field shows empty again. When the employee create a ticket from the workcenter we found that reported-by field iin the ticket s empty.

Any idea, why is not saving the value??
