WEBIDE Catalog service is not available from Cloud connector (403)

Hi,

I setup all the necessary stuff to acces the On premise service catalog but I always have a "403 Forbidden" error from WEBIDE in HCP

1. My check connection in HCP is fine

2. The /sap/opu/odata path and subpath are allowed in the cloud connector.

3. When I try to reach the /sap/opu/odata/IWFND/CATALOGSERVICE from direct host/port, it work fine

4. But from WEBIDE, it failed

Is this more an issue from the On premise system or with my cloud connector setup?

Hi,

Developer tools in your Chrome browser can show what is the exact request sent by the Web IDE. If you replace the hostname, port and the path-to-destination with the URL maintained in the destination you will see where exactly is the call redirected by cloud connector.

Usually the cloud connector access rights are two narrow. Try first by granting access to "/" and its sub-paths.
