How to save Camel notation (of Table and Columns Name) in Code Preview ?

How to save Camel notation (of Table and Columns Name) in Code Preview ?

For example, the table has code = OrderDetails.
I see in Code Preview:

CREATE TABLE DWH.ORDERDETAILS ....

But I want to see without changes:

CREATE TABLE DWH.OrderDetails ....

My settings (in main menu Database --> Edit Current DBMS) :

MSSQLSRV2016::Script\Objects\Table\Create

create table [%QUALIFIER%]%TABLE% (
   %TABLDEFN%
)
[%OPTIONS%]

MSSQLSRV2016::Script\Sql\Format\UpperCaseOnly

Value = No

MSSQLSRV2016::Script\Sql\Format\LowerCaseOnly

Value = No

    Hello,
    Have you tried to change the naming convention of your model?
    Select Tools > Model Options, select Naming Convention in the left pane. Click the Code tab, and select Mixed CASe. Click OK to validate your changes. The automatic NAME>CODE conversion should now modify the case for new tables. Space characters are still replaced by underscores.
    HTH,
    Arnaud

    I did so. The problem is not solved :(
    Camel notation does not break in a new model in which there are no extensions
