Authorization for t-code ABT1N intercompany codes

Dear experts,

Anyone can help me how to set authorisations for t-code ABT1N when I want to transfer FA from this company code to others.

My case:

User in company code A can transfer from company code A to other company codes, can't transfer from company code B to others.

And in t-code ABT1N, user can create new FA for other company codes to transfer.
