No Transaction Type Available in CRM Web UI in Upgraded CRM system

Hi Guys,

We upgraded SAP CRM 5.0 system to CRM 7 SP03 and after logging into Web UI using standard business roles SALESPRO, we are not able to create any standard transaction. The system displays "No transaction type is available for creating a transaction".

After read some messages, I found some standard transaction has channel "GUI CRM WebClient UI" and others not. I delete all channels to all standard transaction and Z transaction and now I can see all, except one Z transaction.

If I copy my Z transaction to other ZZ2 I can see the second but never the first.

At the moment, system allows to delete one transaction and I created again with the same ID (because I have document created on this type of transaction), but I'm not able to see into Web UI.

Other kind of Z transaction, including copy from original Z it comes up in popup in CRM Web UI.

Not sure what is wrong, but this seems to be an upgrade table block issue.

Can anyone help in resolving the issue.
