SAP Enabel Now Producer Not recording for VDE users.

User's accessing Producer tool on VDE from Citrix are unable to record simulation.

On the first action itself Producer keeps switching between record and busy state. Even the application being recorded gets froze. On stopping the recording producer has captured same step multiple times.

With the same work area and settings we are able to capture recordings outside Citrix.

Has anyone faced this kind of issue? Is there a solution to it?

Producer version: 10.2.2 (build 1538)

Hi Prashant,

please check the prerequisites in our Installation in Virtual Structures Guide.

Make sure the Producer is running in the same session as the application you're trying to record.
