CRM MSA Factsheet - setting attachment size

Hi,

In relation to the setting of the attachment size for the Fact Sheet for the CRM 2007 Mobile Sales Application, where is this done/configured and how so. When I request a Fact Sheet - I get the following error "Size of attachment is greated than the maximum size allowed".

Any help on this would be great,

Hi,

I guess this is also done with (release/SP independent) note 599680 as the fact sheet is saved as an attachment for the BP.

Hi,

no, it is valid for all releases. Anyway it is "only" some customizing in CRM with subsequent download to CDB/MSA.

Everything is set up as described in note 599680. Could there be anything that is causing this to occur.

do you have the same error when adding an attachment manually to a BP?

Just to ensure that the CDB sync was done correctly.
