Form Close() without break point cause crash on SAP Business One

In my development i create a custom form. That form don't intercept all event becouse i set a filter, it intercept only the click event (After, non the BEFORE). When the user click on the Button, the form open another custom form and close the previusly.
If the source don't have a breck point ,located first of the close of the form, Sap B1 have a crash, and in the dump file have:

code Exception : C0000005
description: attempt to read or write a virtual address from a thread without appropriate access permissions
Message: "Exception unhandled in 0x60F1CA69 (B1_UIEngine.dll) in SAP Business One_20181001112041_15940_16000.dmp: 0xC0000005: Access violation when writing path 0xFFFFFFF8."

If i use breck point before closing the first form , or if i create a thread that close the form after 100 ms my program work fine.
What could I have done wrong?
Thanks Tony

My form has the code (default_button="Item_2"), and I noticed that when I pressed the enter button the problem appeared, while when I pressed the mouse on the button the problem did not appear. I have temporarily removed this code to temporarily solve the problem but it would be useful to understand the problem.
