Vendor delivery?

Dear Gurus,

Vendor is supplying material X in 10 days and and the same material in 15 days..

How can i mention in PO so that the delivery date will come exactly?

How can i maintain in info-record, vendor master, material master...??

hi,

You can do one thing...

Firstly maintain planned del time in the MMR for 10 days...

Then make the info record and make PO for first one..

Then after posting the PO, change the PIR from ME12 and change the planned del. time to 15 days and save it and then try to make the PO, system will show the del. date as per the changed planned del. date...

MAINTAIN:

1. PIR : from ME11 or use the auto PIR generation indicator given in the PO item details...so that PIR will get auto generated..

2. VMR : from XK01/MK01

3. MMR : from MM01

if i m maintaining planned del time in MMR, Vendor Master and PIR...then in PO, what is the sequence in which system will give priority for delivery time??

hi,

If PIR exsist then PIR will be taken as priority...

But if the PIR doesn't exsist then MMR and VMR will be taken...

Hi

Fix one common delivery lead time and maintain the Planned delivery time in MMR or Purchasing in forecord to get the delvery date. You can not have two different delivery date for the same material at the same time.

Or

Manually change the delivery date during the PR or PO creation.
