BOM initial download from R/3 problem

Dear Gurus,

I'm doing intial download of Boms from R/3 to Crm.I've set the filter in R3ac1 in object BOM which restricts the plant. After doing the inital load using t-code r3as.I find it doesn't work.I've check the tables. The table CRMM_PR_MAST got the right entries. But the table COMM_IL_STRSET is empty. If i maintain in R/3 one by one.It can synchrorize right. Thanks advance!

    Hello,

Also check tables COMM_IL_STRPRP and COMM_IL_STRDIS for the interlinkages

If its not a production system, then you can run report COM_BOM_DELETE_ALL in SE38 and make sure that no entries exist in table

    CRMM_PR_MAST and interlinkage tables COMM_IL_STRPRP and COMM_IL_STRDIS and COMM_IL_STRSET.

And then , retain the filter for plant in R3AC1 and do initial load once again.

    This should solve your issue.

    Hope this helps!

      Hello,

In that case, download the materials relevant for the new plant and then download the BOM.

There is no necessity of archiving the materials in CRM relevant for old BOM.

But if you are downloading BOMs from different plant , then you need to clear table CRMM_PR_MAST etc as I told you earlier.

      Best Regards,

      Shanthala Kudva.
