Hello Emilio,

As a first step, there should be a RFC between the eRecruiting & the Portal system.

Ensure that the configuration steps in IMG as given below are done in the eRecruiting system:

SAP eRecruiting -> Recruitment -> Manager involvement

In the SAP HR system, perform the following config activities:

Integration with other mySAP.com components ->business packages/functional packages ->manager self service(mySAP ERP) -> Recruitment

Hello, Thank both

The configuration steps in IMG in the eRecruiting system are made, but is missing a activity in the IMG (Specify e-recrutitng for MSS Web Dynpro ABAP). I already check the business function with the NW team and they say that are OK. I don´t know what is missing, can someone tell me wihch are the businees function and the business package?

Also form still missing, the manager cannot create a requisition.

Please any suggestion to solve the problem.

Thanks very much

Hi Emilio,

What is the version of eRecruiting that is used?

For the adobe interactive forms in MSS, is the configuration in place in the HR administrative services ? If not, please ensure that this is taken care for the ISR scenario SQR3.

Is the Adobe form not opening for the requisition scenario or other scenarios too ? There are a lot of general forms available which can be configured & tested out to verify that the Adobe forms environment is configured properly.

Hello Sowmya, thanks for your reply..

We have e-recruiting 6 in EHP4 version. I have a question, scenarios are set in the HR system or in e-recruiting system?. We are running e-recruiting on a separate box from our ECC system.

One of the activities we had done was set the ADS service, Is that enough to see the form?

Thanks Sowmya

Hi,

For Integration of ACF forms in Web Dynpro ABAP applications, you need the following:

● An SAP NetWeaver AS System with Adobe Document Services (ADS)

Details about installation and configuration can be found in the relevant guides on the SAP Service Marketplace under the quick link: /installNW70 or in Adobe Document Services Configuration Guide.

Note that the layout designer is installed with the SAP GUI.

● A Web Dynpro for ABAP application

● Adobe Reader (>= 7.0) and, if you are creating interactive forms, also the ActiveX Control Framework (ACF) installed on your computer. More information: Note 834573.

● ActiveX must be activated in the browser.

Hi Emilio,

The HR administrative services need to be configured in the HR system. In SPRO, please go through the entire node to configure this for the relevant ISR scenario. The form scenario & workflows corresponding to it also need to be configured.
