ISA Useradmin for CRM 7.0

Hello Experts,

We are in the process of upgrading ISA Useradmin (the only module that

we have running) from CRM 4.0 to CRM7.0. We are aware that SAP

recommends NWDI for custom app. However, due to time constraint, we

will not be able to have NWDI setup for development in time for go live.

My question is that, would the build tool still work? I did try to

place SDA for 7.0 and was able to successfully get the custom app .ear

file from the build tool. However, after the deploy, I wasn't able to

access the resouce..getting error

Error [javax.servlet.jsp.JspException: system.noResourceCould not load

the message resource from Servlet Context].

Do you have any idea on what I should look for to resolve this issue?

The app directory structure looks ok to me.

Appreciate any inputs on this.

Are you talking about Property files?

Have you included them while building ear file?
