BackGround job is failing for VIRSA CC 5.2

Friends,

I am trying to schedule the background job on VIRSA 5.2 but it fails with below error message.

Sep 17, 2009 10:36:30 AM com.virsa.cc.xsys.bg.dao.BgJobHistoryDAO insert

INFO: -


Background Job History: job id=393, status=2, message=Error while executing the Job:Cannot extract data from system (ECP - Production), please refer to ccappcomp.n.log for more details

The log file does not tell me anything more than this.

The JCO connections are working fine.

VIRSAXSR3_02_METADATA

VIRSAXSR3_02_MODEL.

Background job were restarted on the server from Visual Admin.

Any thing else should I check ?

    Pranav,

    It seems the background job starts but then fails. There is connectivity issue between CC/RAR and ECP system. Please check if sld is up and running and JCo is working fine. Try to run a real-time risk analysis from informer for ECP and see if it errors out or not.
