Responsible Persons Tab is removed and info is updated at task level but IHPA is not updated

To the experts,

We has a development for QM notifications, where the Responsible persons tab has been removed and the columns for Responsible persons are opened up on the task screens. All appropriate information is filled in for task processor and us ID, but when the notification is saved, the corresponding IHPA partner records are not created. IS there a way to trigger the IHPA update without having to re-add the Responsible Persons Tab back into the configuration and have the correct objnr key created for the IHPA record?

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
