Z program coming non editable as standard after system cloning

Hi ,

Can anyone help me resolve this is issue . I am not being able to edit Z program as part of original system copied . It is coming as standard only allowing me to do implicit enhancement and not letting me edit . I can create a new program and its all working fine . This is only when i am editing Z program for original system.

Please let me know how to edit Z Report for non Original system .

Hi

If the program was created in an another system, so it's not original of your system, the system allows to change it by Assistant, u should see the icon to insert, change, delete the code of the program in the tool bare.

If you don't want to use the Assistant, u can switch off it: Edit->Modification Operation->Switch off Assistant

Hi

U can also set the Z-program as original in the new system by trx SE03: Change Object Directory Entries.

If your issue was solved, u should close the post

The reason is that your Z program has a different source system. In the transport organiser tools, you can find the option to change the object catalog entry - that's where you can edit the source system. Set it to your new system ID and everything is fine.

Hi,

the source system associated to the report is not the same of the enviroment (TADIR-SRCSYSTEM).

Go in SE03->Change object directory entry and change the source system of you custom report

That's it!!!
