Z program coming non editable as standard after system cloning

Hi ,

Can anyone help me resolve this is issue . I am not being able to edit Z program as part of original system copied . It is coming as standard only allowing me to do implicit enhancement and not letting me edit . I can create a new program and its all working fine . This is only when i am editing Z program for original system.

Please let me know how to edit Z Report for non Original system .
