Remove Distribution lock status

Hi Gurus,

For some error as such as Agent does not end contact, or other problem the sales order has a Distribution lock, we are removing this distribution lock in SAP GUI (CRMD_ORDER transaction).

How can we are removing this lock from Web Client? We tried to use a status with business transaction Reset Distribution Lock (Allow and Set) but it did not work.
