Some Custom tab is not appearing in account page when i checked through master data layout and its available and unable to see in personalize option. is it access issue or something different ?. Plz help
how a work center is displayed at user end depends on master layout as well as page layout.
you may want to check the business role assigned to the user ID, then check page layout assignment to that specific business role. from adaptation, check the page layout by doing editing and add the missing tab if it not yet available.
