How to check open sales order quantity & back dated sales order possible or not.Pl give me the solution.

You can check through T Code- MD04.

Hi,

For all the orders(even open/closed) one's we can check the quantity in "VBAP" table.

VBAK is for header data.

VBAP is for item data.

For order quantity,pass the order number into VBAP table and Click on "Execute" or Press F8.

Check for the field "KWMENG" for open/closed orders.It gives you the order quantity.

Check for the field "KBMENG" for closed ones.It gives you the confirmed quantity.

For your second question,

Yes it is possible to create a past dated order.

For this after entering the sold-to-party,Goto header details.

Goto Sales tab.

Check for Document date field.This will be in editable mode.

Change the date to pat date.

Press Enter.

A warning message will be displayed.

Press Enter.

Now we can save the order after entering the material details.

Hello,

Kindly check in the following table for open quantity.

1. VBEP- WMENG --> This is gives an idea about order quantity.

2. VBEP-BMENG ---> This gives an idea about Confirmed quantity.

You can also refer to below for open quantity

1. lips-lfimg ---> This is the delivery quantity.

2.vbap-kwmeng ---> this is ordered quantity.
