subcontracting in AFS (limited operations)

Hello All,

I am facing a problem of How to manage subcontracted production operation without stock transfert to subcontractor, in fact, for our system, we do cutting subcontracting but cutted pieces are not defined as semi finished goods (we have only RM->FP), so how we can do this operation while we can control the stock level of fabrics to be cutted in subcontactor SLoc?

As in subcontracting process - we give subcontracting Purchase order to vendor,So Once the components are given to vendor, Issue component materials to Purchase Order with T-code MB1B with 541 movements is necessary.

After vendor manufactures product he supplies the product to the plant.Goods receipt of the Product material to be done.

Make 101 movement against the Purchase Order to receive the header material (manufactured Product) & check for the consumption of component raw materials in mmbe/mb51.

If you are giving PO to vendor for Subcontracting it is necessary to move stock to subcontractor Sloc.This step can not be by-passed.

If you found other solution to this .Please let me know?
