Unable to hide the subform in Master Page

I have defined 2 sub forms in Master page and trying to hide the second subform based on one of the fields from xml file

Here is my Hierarchy palette looks:

Based on "copy" field in Subform2, I want to display subform 2 in my output layout

Above script is in Formcalc.

It's not working even though, the copy field is having 1 value in my xml.

When I tried to execute this condition in my Design form page, it is working.

Can anyone help me out ?
