Report vendor and HR master data

Dear all,

In the company I work for a person can have multiple ID's over the years for example can be a vendor, contractor, traveller, staff member. Is there a SAP report, maybe an audit report, in which you can extract multiple ID's created in SAP for a person? Is there a possibility in SAP to create a Globe ID for one person under which you can create other ID's (vendor, contractor, staff member etc.) for the same person?

These questions relate to older version of SAP R.....
