Package Server in Afaria Client shows empty for Android


I am trying to enroll a Android devices in Afaria 7 sp27 the enrollment process goes fine, but at the end of the process it comes up with an error "unable to connect" and when I go to Afaria Client-configuration-Package Server it shows empty info none of the fields are filled in.

The same enrollment in iOS show the package server details properly.

Please help me as I am having this issue from several weeks and deliverable is pending for the client.

    This is a configuration issue. Devices can connect to Enrollment Server (AfariaIPhoneServer) but not Afaria Server. After enrollment, Android devices need to connect to Afaria Server, in order to receive Package Server data.

    You need to configure the Android Enrollment Policy and Device Communication page (under server -> configuration) correctly.

    You also need to make sure that Package Server page (under server -> configuration -> component) is populated and is correct.

      Thanks for your reply. I am able to reach package server now from my android device. The issue was of port in device communication under server configuration and rsoe config file. Now I am able to see my enterprise application and app store application in my Afaria client however when i try to install the enterprise application, it fails saying "There is a problem parsing the package". I checked my application policy my apk is uploaded properly. Not getting any logs on admin console as well.

      Can you please help with this.?
