Can C4C create tickets from Comments?

Hi experts

One of our current client's business requirement is to create tickets out of Comments from Facebook posts of their page. Right now, these comments are Interactions of a ticket from that post. They find this very hard to track as this is only a single ticket which is assigned to a single agent. This means whoever that agent is will need to track all comments created from that single post for as long as the post is published.

Is there any way C4C can create tickets from Comments as well? I understand this might not be part of the preconfigured integration package with Facebook. So then is there any chance we can do this via SDK?
